evitare il contatto con il vapore

5. Reiniging en onderhoud
Uitwendige reiniging
•Debehuizingvanhetapparaatendebuitenzijdevan
de kan kunnen gereinigd worden met een zachte,
vochtige doek.
•Dezwenklterisafneembaar en kan in de
vaatwasser gereinigd worden.
•Spoeldekannaiedergebruikuitmetheetwater.

Gebruik om de kan te reinigen geen schurende,
harde voorwerpen die schade kunnen toebrengen
aan het glas.
Ontkalking
Afhankelijkvandewaterhardheidkanhetapparaat
met de tijd verkalken. Daardoor neemt ook het
energieverbruik van het apparaat toe, aangezien de
kalklaag op het verwarmingselement een optimale
warmteoverdracht aan het water verhindert. Om
schade te voorkomen, moet het apparaat regelmatig
ontkalkt worden.
Het ontkalkingsproces bestaat uit 2 stappen,
die volledig uitgevoerd moeten worden.
1. Ontkalking
•Doseerdeontkalkingsvloeistofovereenkomstigde
aanwijzingen van de fabrikant en giet deze in het
waterreservoir.Wijradenaan“Melitta
®
AntiCalc
FilterCaféMachines“tegebruiken.
•Schakelhetapparaatinengatewerkvolgens
de aanwijzingen van de fabrikant van het
ontkalkingsmiddel.
•Schakelhetapparaatdirectuitwanneerde
ontkalkingsvloeistof volledig door het apparaat
gelopen is.
2. Spoelen
•Nastap1 moet het apparaat met zuiver water
gespoeld worden. Laat het apparaat even afkoelen
(ca. twee minuten) en vul het vervolgens met de
maximale waterhoeveelheid.
•Schakelhetapparaatin,wachttothetwatervolledig
doorgelopen is en schakel het daarna onmiddellijk uit.
•Voerhethierbovenbeschrevenspoelproces
nogmaals uit.
6. Afdanking
•Apparatendiehetsymbool dragen, vallen onder
de Europese richtlijn inzake afgedankte elektrische
enelektronischeapparatuur(AEEArichtlijn).
•Elektrischeapparatenhorennietthuisinhet
restafval. Geef het apparaat af bij een geschikt
inzamelpunt conform de milieuvoorschriften.
•Verpakkingsmaterialenzijngrondstoenenkunnen
gerecycled worden. Zorg ervoor dat ze ingeleverd
worden bij een afvalverwerkingsbedrijf.
