6 Emulsionado de la leche
Condición: El aparato está listo para el funcionamiento.
Coloque un recipiente con leche bajo el Perfect Cappucino. Procure que la
boca del Perfect Cappuccino permanezca sumergida en la leche.
Llene el recipiente hasta un tercio como máximo, ya que al emulsionarse la
leche su volumen aumenta en gran medida.
Pulse el botón de suministro de vapor

El botón de suministro de vapor parpadea. El aparato se calienta. Una
vez se alcanza la temperatura del vapor se ilumina el botón de suministro de
vapor y el símbolo de la válvula .
Advertencia:
Peligro de quemaduras o escaldado ante el contacto con el vapor
caliente que sale del tubo, del tubo flexible y la boca caliente
Nunca debe tocar durante el uso el tubo de vapor, el tubo flexible de vapor
o la boca del Perfect Cappucino.
Gire el interruptor de la válvula (fig. A, Nº 6) a derechas para abrir la
válvula.
El símbolo de la válvula y el botón de suministro de vapor parpade-
an. La boca emulsiona la leche y la calienta al mismo tiempo. Obtendrá una
espuma óptima si durante el emulsionado agita la boquilla arriba y abajo.
Gire el interruptor de la válvula a izquierdas para cerrar la válvula y finali-
zar el emulsionado. El volumen de leche debería haberse duplicado aproxi-
madamente y el recipiente debería haberse calentado notablemente.
Pulse el botón de suministro de vapor
para cambiar del modo de
vapor al modo de funcionamiento normal.
Espere hasta que el tubo de vapor haya enfriado y, a continuación, gire el
tubo de vapor con la boca a izquierdas del Perfect Cappuccino (fig. E).
Lave el tubo de vapor y la boca bajo agua corriente o en el lavavajillas.
