8 Príprava mliečnej peny
Predpoklad: Spotrebič je pripravený na prevádzku (pozri „Zapnutie a
vypnutie“ na strane 243).
Pod speňovač mlieka Perfect Cappuccino umiestnite nádobku
s mliekom. Dbajte na to, aby bol šľahač speňovača Perfect Cappuccino
ponorený do mlieka.
Nádobku naplňte maximálne do jednej tretiny, pretože sa objem mlieka
pri šľahaní značne zväčší.
Stlačte tlačidlo pre výdaj pary .
Tlačidlo pre výdaj pary bliká. Spotrebič začne ohrievať. Ak je
dosiahnutá teplota pary, svieti tlačidlo výdaja pary a symbol pre ventil
.
Výstraha!
Nebezpečenstvo popálenia a obarenia na horúcej parnej rúrke, parnej
hadici alebo na horúcom šľahači
Počas prevádzky sa nikdy nedotýkajte parnej rúrky, parnej hadice alebo
šľahača speňovača Perfect Cappuccino.
Pre otvorenie ventilu otočte spínač ventilu (obr. A, č. 6) v smere
hodinových ručičiek.
Symbol pre ventil a tlačidlo pre výdaj pary bliká. Šľahač mlieko
spení a súčasne ho ohreje. Lepšie spenenie dosiahnete, ak budete
šľahačom počas speňovania pohybovať hore a dole.
Na uzavretie ventilu a tým aj na ukončenie speňovania otočte
ventilovým spínačom proti smeru hodinových ručičiek. Objem mlieka by
sa mal približne zdvojnásobiť a nádoba by mala byť citeľne ohriata.
Na prepnutie z režimu pary do normálneho režimu stlačte tlačidlo
pre výdaj pary .
Počkajte, kým parná rúrka vychladne a potom ju spolu so šľahačom
odskrutkujte proti smeru hodinových ručičiek zo speňovača mlieka
Perfect Cappuccino (obr. E).
