Tourner la molette dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d‘une montre
dans sa position fermée pour fermer la soupape et pour mettre n au
processus d‘émulsion. Le volume du lait doit avoir approximativement
doublé et le récipient doit être légèrement chaud.
Appuyer le bouton de commande Vapeur pour passer du mode
vapeur au mode de fonctionnement normal.
Attendre que la buse vapeur soit refroidie et la tourner avec le fouet
dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d‘une montre pour la retirer du
Perfect Cappuccino (im. E).
Retirer le fouet du Perfect Cappuccino de la buse vapeur vers le bas
(im. F).
Nettoyer la buse vapeur et le fouet à l‘eau claire ou les mettre dans le
lave-vaisselle.
Tourner la buse vapeur ainsi nettoyée avec le fouet dans le sens
des aiguilles d‘une montre sur le Perfect Cappuccino jusqu‘à ce qu‘il
s‘enclenche.
Remarque
Nous recommandons d‘utiliser du lait froid avec une forte teneur en protéine.
Pour obtenir une bonne mousse de lait, ce n‘est pas la teneur en graisse mais
la teneur en protéine du lait qui est importante.
