PREPARING THE APPLIANCE
Each individual appliance has been
checked at the factory, but for safety
sake, after unpacking the package you
shall check carefully if the appliance has
been damaged during the transportation.
If you find any visible damage on the
product, or any attachment shown on
the illustration not included, please do
not use the product or repair the product
by yourself, contact the shop where you
bought the product for after-sale service.
You shall check below issues before the
first use.
1. Ensure all the packaging materials re-
moved from the inside of the product.
2. Appropriately cleaning the appliance
is recommended. When cleaning the
appliance, please refer to the section
“Cleaning”.
3. As the heating elements of the appli-
ance were oiled, the appliance may
smoke for the first use. The smoke
will disappear after the appliance is
switched on for a few minutes. To
avoid the smoke soiling the food, it
is recommended to switch on the
hotplates and the oven with empty
respectively for 10 minutes before the
first use.
USING THE APPLIANCE
Using the oven
1. Connect the appliance.
2. Place the food into the oven (unless
the appliance has to be preheated
first) and close the door.
3. Turn the function button (8) to set the
heating mode for the oven. The oven
has 3 heating mode setting:
• Heat from above
• Heat from below
• Heat from above and below
4. Turn the temperature selector (10)
clockwise to the desired cooking
temperature. The temperature can be
set between 90 C and 230 ºC.
