USE

• Place the appliance on a flat, stable

and heat-resistant surface.

• Plug in.

• Hold the handle (2) and pull the pan

(1) out of the appliance. See figure 3.

• Fill the pan (1) with the desired

ingredients. Do not overfill the pan,

as this will impair the cooking quality.

Replace the pan in the appliance.

See figure 4.

Note! The food is cooked by the

circulation of hot air. Do not pour oil

into the bottom of the pan in order to

fry the food.

You can toss the food in a little oil and

allow the oil to drip off before putting

the food in the pan if you like. The

excess oil will drip through the grille

and down into the bottom of the pan.

• Turn the thermostat button (4) to the

required setting. See figure 5.

• Turn the timer button (3) to the

required cooking time. See figure 6.

• You will find an overview of cooking

times and temperatures under

“Cooking chart”. Add 3 minutes extra

cooking time if the appliance is cold.

• The indicator light (6) and thermostat

light (5) come on once the appliance

is on. When the thermostat light (5)

goes off, the set temperature has

been reached.

• During cooking, the thermostat light

will come on and go off several times.

This merely means that the heating

element is coming on and going off

from time to time.

• Half-way through the cooking time,

you can pull out the pan from the

appliance and shake the food to

ensure it cooks evenly.

Warning! Always hold by the handle.

Beware of escaping steam or spitting

oil, fat or other liquids.

• Once the set cooking time has

elapsed, the appliance will switch off

automatically.

You can also switch the appliance off

by turning the timer button to position

Remove the pan and place it on a

table mat or other heat-resistant

surface. Check that the food is fully

cooked. If necessary, cook it for a few

extra minutes.

Pour the food onto the serving plate.

• Before cleaning and storing the

appliance, make sure it has cooled

completely.

CLEANING

• Remove the plug from the socket.

• Allow the appliance to cool to around

30-40 degrees before cleaning it.

• Wash the pan and grille in warm

water with a little detergent added.

These 2 parts can also be cleaned in

a dishwasher.

• Wipe the inside and outside of the

appliance with a damp cloth or

sponge.

• You must not use steel wool, scouring

powder or any other form of strong

solvent or abrasive cleaning agent.

• Do not use metal utensils to clean the

pan, as this may damage the non-

stick coating.
