5 Garanti

Garanti och

förutsättningar

för reparationer

Kontakta inköpsstället vid garantifrågor, eller tag kontakt med

kundtjänst direkt. Måste produkten skickas in så bifoga uppgifter

om defekten samt en kopia av inköpskvittot.

Följande garantiförutsättningar gäller:

1. På MEDISANA produkter lämnas tre års garanti, från inköps-

datum. Inköpsdatum ska vid garantiförehavanden förevisas

med inköpskvitto eller faktura.

2. Felaktigheter på grund av material- eller tillverkningsfel

åtgärdas kostnadsfritt under garantiperioden.

3. Utförande av garantiåtagande leder inte till förlängning av

garantiperioden; detta gäller för själva produkten så väl som

för utbytta komponenter.

4. Garantin gäller inte för:

a. Alla skador som uppkommer på grund av felaktig hantering,

t.ex. vid icke beaktande av bruksanvisningen.

b. Skador som kan härledas till iordningsställande eller ingrepp

utförda av köparen eller annan, ej auktoriserad, person.

c. Transportskador som uppkommit under transport från till-

verkaren till användaren eller vid insändning till kundtjänst.

d. Tillbehör som utsätts för normalt slitage.

5. Ansvar för direkta eller indirekta följdskador som förorsakas av

produkten är uteslutet, även om skadan på produkten god-

känns som garantiåtagande.
