MediTouch 2 hebt u een kwaliteitsproduct van

MEDISANA gekocht. Voor een succesvol ge-

bruik en lang plezier van uw MEDISANA bloed-

glucosemeter MediTouch 2, raden we u aan

om de volgende aanwijzingen vóór het gebruik

en het onderhoud zorgvuldig door te lezen.

3.1 Levering en verpakking

Gelieve eerst te controleren of het instrument

volledig is en volledig vrij van beschadigingen is.

In geval van twijfel neemt u het apparaat niet in

gebruik en zendt u het naar een servicepunt. i

Tot de leveringsomvang behoren:

• 1 MediTouch 2-bloedsuikermeter (mg/dL)

• 1 MediTouch 2-prikker

• 10 MediTouch 2-bloedsuikerteststrips

• 10 MediTouch 2-lancetten

• 1 MediTouch 2-controleoplossing, 4 ml

• 1 AST-kap

• 2 CR2032 lithium-batterijen

• 1 etui

• 1 gebruiksaanwijzing

• 1 teststrip-handleiding

• 1 controleoplossing-handleiding

Het verpakkingsmateriaal kan opnieuw worden

gebruikt of gerecycled. Zorg ervoor dat het ge-

bruikte verpakkingsmateriaal bij de daarvoor

bestemde afvalverwerking terechtkomt. Indien u

tijdens het uitpakken transportschade consta-

teert, neem dan direct contact op met uw le-

verancier.

WAARSCHUWING

Let er op dat het verpakkingsmateriaal niet

in handen komt van kinderen.
