1 IDENTIFICATIE

Uw Travixx rollator is voorzien van een uniek serienummer. U kunt dit nummer terug vinden op het frame van uw rollator.

Hieronder vind u een voorbeeld van het framelabel waarop u het serienummer kunt vinden. Verder vind u de uitleg van

verschillende gegevens die op het framelabel vermeld staan.

1. Serie nummer Iedere rollator heeft zijn eigen unieke serienummer. U dient dit nummer bij de hand te hebben als

u technische vragen heeft of onderdelen wilt bestellen voor uw rollator.

2. Maximum gewicht Het maximum toelaatbare gebruikersgewicht voor uw rollator.

3. Productie datum De datum waarop uw rollator is gefabriceerd.

4. Type nummer Dit nummer geeft aan welke type rollator u heeft. U dient dit nummer bij de hand te houden als u

technische vragen heeft of onderdelen wilt bestellen voor uw rollator.

5. Garantie Hier wordt de garantietermijn op uw rollator weergegeven. Zie hoofdstuk 9 voor de uitgebreide

garantievoorwaarden.

6. Omschrijving Omschrijving van het ontwerp van uw rollator.

7. Modelnaam De modelnaam van uw rollator.
