nales aparece la indicación „0.0“.
En este lugar puede ajustar el modo at-
leta y modificar de nuevo la unidad de
peso:

ando en pantalla aparezca la indica-
ción „0.0“, pulse la tecla UP;

Modificación de la unidad de
peso
: Cuando en pantalla aparezca
„0.0“, pulse la tecla SET, para escoger
entre kg y lb.
Después ya puede efectuar la medición.
* Para poder seleccionar el modo
atleta, debe haberse introducido una edad mínima de „15“
años.

Modo atletas
Su báscula dispone de un ajuste para personas muy entrenadas o musculosas
(“atletas“). Puesto que las células musculares tienen una resistencia bioeléctrica
similar a las células adiposas, la báscula podría interpretar las células muscu-
lares como si fueran células adiposas. Sin embargo este problema sólo surge
con una gran masa muscular; la báscula no mide como células adiposas la
musculación de una persona promedio.
El modo atleta evita una interpretación errónea. En este modo se calcula a par-
tir de otra fórmula matemática el valor real de la grasa corporal.
