U kunt nieuwe vermeldingen opnemen door een geheugenlocatie ("Leeg")
(Leeg) te kiezen en vervolgens Optie te selecteren.
Bevestig Bewerken met OK.
Voer met de cijfer-/lettertoetsen de naam in.
Selecteer met de optie Nummer.
Voer nu met de cijfertoetsen het telefoonnummer in.
Bevestig met "OK".
Bewerken
Als u er vermeldingen beschikbaar zijn, hebt u de volgende mogelijkheden als u
Optie bevestigt met de rechter navigatietoets:
Details: naam en nummer weergeven.
Wissen: hiermee wordt de geselecteerde vermelding uit het interne telefoonboek
gewist.
Bewerken: u kunt de naam en het nummer op dezelfde wijze bewerken als bij het
invoeren.
Alles wissen: hiermee worden alle abonneenummers uit het gemeenschappelijke
telefoonboek gewist.
Kies de gewenste optie en bevestig met OK.
Voorkeurtoetsen M1 t/m M5 op het basisstation
U kunt op het basisstation vijf telefoonnummers opslaan onder de
voorkeurtoetsen M1 t/m M5. U stelt als volgt de voorkeurtoetsen in:
Open het menu met de rechter navigatietoets.
Kies met  het menu Instellingen en bevestig met OK.
Kies de optie Voorkeurtoetsen en bevestig met OK.
De melding " Voorkeurtoets selecteren " wordt weergegeven.
Druk op de toets (M1 t/m M5) waaronder u een vermelding wilt opslaan en
voer daarna met de cijfertoetsen het telefoonnummer voor de gewenste
voorkeurtoets in. (Als al een telefoonnummer is ingevoerd, wordt dit nummer
weergegeven en kunt u dit wijzigen).
Bevestig met OK. Met de melding "Opgeslagen" is het vastleggen voltooid.
