Veilig omgaan met accu's
Voor de handset heeft u het meegeleverde NiMH-accublok nodig. Let hierbij op
het volgende:
Houd accu’s uit de buurt van kinderen.
Gooi de accu's niet in het vuur, sluit ze niet kort en haal ze niet uit elkaar.
Let bij het plaatsen van het accublok op de polariteit (+/–).
Verwijder het accublok als u het apparaat langere tijd niet gebruikt.
Haal lege accu's meteen uit het apparaat! Deze kunnen gaan lekken.
Stel de accu's nooit bloot aan overmatige wamte zoals direct invallend
zonlicht, vuur, enz. Deze kunnen gaan lekken.
Verwijder leeggelopen accu's onmiddellijk uit het apparaat. Maak de
contacten schoon voordat u nieuwe accu's plaatst. Accuzuur kan het apparaat
aantasten.
Eventueel gelekt accuzuur mag niet in contact komen met huid, ogen en
slijmvliezen. Uit een accu weglekte vloeistof kan huiduitslag veroorzaken. Als
de huid in aanraking is gekomen met het zuur, spoel de plek dan meteen ruim
af met schoon water en raadpleeg daarna een arts.
Nooit zelf repareren
Trek bij beschadiging van de netadapter, de aansluitsnoeren of het basisstation de
netadapter onmiddellijk uit het stopcontact.
Probeer in geen geval zelf het apparaat te openen en/of te repareren.
U kunt dan een elektrische schok krijgen! Neem bij storingen contact
op met het Medion Service Center of een ander deskundig
reparatiebedrijf.
Het aansluitsnoer van de netadapters kan niet worden vervangen. Bij
beschadiging van het snoer moet de netadapter worden vernietigd en worden
vervangen door een netadapter van hetzelfde type om gevaar te voorkomen.
Neem in dat geval contact op met het servicecentrum van Medion.
