Er staan meerdere
toestelcodes onder de
merknaam van mijn
toestel.
Hoe kom ik erachter wat de juiste toestelcode is?
Om erachter te komen wat de juiste toestelcode voor uw toestel is,
probeert u de codes na elkaar gewoon even uit, totdat de meeste
functies van het toestel naar behoren functioneren.
De externe toestellen
reageren slechts op enkele
commando’s van de
afstandsbediening.
Probeer de andere codes, totdat de toestellen naar behoren op de
commando’s reageren.
Wanneer noch de manuele noch de automatische invoer van de code
lukt, kan het in bijzondere gevallen voorkomen dat het toestel niet
compatibel is met uw universele afstandsbediening.

koptelefoon
Controleer of in het menu GELUID de invoer SPDIF Out op Uit staat.

Als u uw probleem niet hebt kunnen oplossen aan de hand van de suggesties in de voorgaande secties, neemt
u contact met ons op. Het zou bijzonder helpen als u de volgende informatie bij de hand kunt houden:
Welke externe apparaten zijn aangesloten?
Welke meldingen verschijnen op het beeldscherm?
Tijdens welke bedieningsstap is het probleem opgetreden?
Als een pc is aangesloten op het apparaat:
– Hoe ziet uw systeemconfiguratie eruit?
– Welke software gebruikte u toen het probleem zich voordeed?
Welke stappen hebt u reeds ondernomen om het probleem op te lossen?
Als u al een klantnummer hebt ontvangen, deelt u ons dit mee.
Pixelfouten bij LCD-TV's
Ondanks het gebruik van de allermodernste
productiemethoden kunnen, vanwege de zeer complexe
techniek, in zeldzame gevallen enkele of meerdere
lichtpuntjes uitvallen.
Bij actieve-matrix-TFT's met een resolutie van 1366 x 768
pixels, die zijn samengesteld uit elk drie subpixels (rood,
groen, blauw), worden in totaal ca. 3,15 miljoen
aansturingselementen gebruikt. Door dit zeer hoge aantal
transistoren en het daarmee verbonden uiterst complexe
productieproces kan er sporadisch sprake zijn van
uitvallende of verkeerd aangestuurde pixels resp.
afzonderlijke subpixels.

In de tabel wordt het maximaal toegestane aantal pixelfouten op het beeldscherm zonder dat sprake is van een
garantiegeval. Van een garantiegeval kan sprake zijn als het hierboven aangegeven aantal fouten in een
categorie wordt overschreven.
