7.2.2. Medir los ingredientes
Mida los ingredientes con precisión. Respete los valores indicados, sobre todo para
la receta básica. Los valores se encuentran en el capítulo “7.2.1. Receta básica de
pan” en la pagina 142
.
Recomendamos utilizar la cuchara medidora y el vaso medidor suministrados para
medir los ingredientes. Cuando llene la cuchara medidora (1cucharada o 1cuchara-
dita), alise la superficie para no utilizar más cantidad de la indicada. Para facilitar la
dosificación, la cuchara incorpora además marcas para 1/2cucharadita y 1/2cucha-
rada.
Si no va a utilizar un preparado de pan y va a mezclar la masa usted mis-
mo, asegúrese de que el peso total de los ingredientes no supera los
1000g.
7.2.3. En qué orden añadir los ingredientes
Introduzca los ingredientes de la masa en el recipiente en el siguiente orden:
En primer lugar el líquido y después la harina. El azúcar y la sal es mejor distri-
buirlas por el borde la harina. Forme en la harina una pequeña cavidad para la
levadura en polvo.
Los ingredientes solo se podrán mezclar correctamente si se añaden en este or-
den.
Tenga en cuenta que la levadura no debe entrar en contacto con el líquido ni
con la sal.
7.2.4. Limpiar el recipiente de masa
Antes de colocar el recipiente de masa, limpie también su exterior. Al añadir los
ingredientes, asegúrese de que no caiga nada en la cámara de cocción. ¡El ser-
pentín no debe entrar en contacto con la masa!
Respete las cantidades indicadas. En particular, no utilice cantidades mayores a
las indicadas.
El pan horneado principalmente con harina integral o que contiene in-
gredientes como nueces, salvado, etc., será más pesado y más pequeño
que el pan de harina blanca.
