8.1. Exposure to radio frequency
energy
Your smartphone has been tested and complies with the
RF exposure limits prescribed by the European Union in
connection with cellular networks, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
The expression “Specific Absorption Rate”, or SAR for
short, refers to the amount of RF energy absorbed by the
human body.
The maximum SAR limit (Specific Absorption Rate) for
mobile telephones approved by the Council of the
European Union is 2.0 W / kg.
Maximum levels applicable to this model:
SAR (head): 0.375 W / kg
SAR (body): 0.624 W / kg / 15mm
The telephone has been tested and conforms to the
directives on SAR exposure in terms of operation of
cellular networks, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Your telephone is fitted with radio transmitters and
receivers. When it is lit up, your smartphone is sending
and receiving radio frequency (RF) energy via its antenna.
