Veilig omgaan met knoopcel

U kunt een knoopcel van het type CR 2032 in het apparaat plaatsen. Let hierbij op het

 Houd batterijen uit de buurt van kinderen. Batterijen kunnen bij inslikken

levensgevaarlijk zijn. Als een batterij is ingeslikt, moet onmiddellijk medische hulp

worden ingeroepen.

 Stel de batterijen nooit bloot aan overmatige hitte zoals direct zonlicht, vuur etc.

 Maak de contacten van het apparaat en de nieuwe batterijen indien nodig eerst

schoon.

 Let bij het plaatsen van de batterij op de polariteit (+/–).

 Verwijder een lege batterij meteen uit het apparaat! Er bestaat anders een

verhoogd risico op lekkage!

 Stel de batterij niet bloot aan extreme invloeden - plaats het apparaat bijv. niet op

een verwarming. Er bestaat anders een verhoogd risico op lekkage!

 Probeer gewone batterijen nooit opnieuw op te laden. Dit leidt tot explosiegevaar.

 Verwijder een lekkende batterij onmiddellijk uit het instrument. Maak de

contacten schoon voordat u een nieuwe batterij plaatst. Batterijzuur kan het

apparaat aantasten.

 Eventueel gelekt batterijzuur mag niet in contact komen met huid, ogen en

slijmvliezen. Als de huid in aanraking is gekomen met het zuur, spoel de plek dan

meteen ruim af met schoon water en raadpleeg daarna een arts.

 Wanneer u het apparaat langere tijd niet gebruikt, moet u de batterij uit het

apparaat verwijderen.

 Bij de knoopcel gaat het om een lithiumbatterij:

LET OP! Explosiegevaar bij een ondeskundige vervanging van de batterij.

Vervang deze alleen door eenzelfde of een gelijkwaardig type.
