Bevor Sie einen Kundendiensttechniker rufen, suchen Sie bitte an Hand der folgenden Liste nach
dem Problem und einer möglichen Lösung. So können Sie Zeit und Geld sparen.
Kein Bild und kein Sound
• Prüfen Sie, ob der Monitor eingeschaltet ist.
• Stromkabel in der Wandsteckdose?
• Stecken Sie ein anderes Stromkabel in die Steckdose, wo das
Monitorkabel eingesteckt war.
Bild OK und kein Sound
• Drücken Sie die Lautstärke-Taste ( ).
• Prüfen Sie das Audio-Eingangssignal.
Die Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht
• Überprüfen Sie, ob ein Gegenstand die Verbindung zwischen
Plasmaanzeige und Fernbedienung blockiert.
• Prüfen Sie, ob die Batterien eingelegt und korrekt gepolt sind.
Problem mit dem
Digital-Übertragungsbildschirm
• Überprüfen Sie die digitale Signalstärke und die Eingangsantenne.
Keine oder schwache Farbe oder
schwaches Bild
• Wählen Sie "Farbe" im Bildmenü und drücken Lautstärke

• Stellen Sie die Balance im Soundmenü ein.
Seltsames Geräusch vom Monitor
