3.3. Instalación y conexión a la red eléctrica
3.3.1. Ubicación

¡Peligro de daños materiales!
Peligro de daños en el aparato por un manejo indebido.
Instale el congelador en una habitación seca y ventilada. La
habitación debería tener un volumen mínimo de unos 6,5m³
para garantizar una cantidad de aire suficiente en caso de da-
ños en el sistema de refrigeración.
Al instalar el aparato tenga en cuenta el espacio que requiere
(véase «7.3. Instalación y nivelación del frigorífico” en la pági-
na 106).
El aparato es apto para las clases climáticas ST y N (véase la
placa de características). A temperaturas ambiente de entre
16°C y 38°C está garantizado que el aparato refrigere debi-
damente. Fuera de este rango de temperatura, el rendimiento
del aparato puede ser menor.
No exponga el aparato a condiciones extremas. Se debe evitar:
− una alta humedad del aire o humedad en general,
− temperaturas extremadamente altas o bajas,
− una radiación solar directa,
− fuego abierto.

¡Peligro de incendio!
Una insuficiente ventilación puede causar una acumu-
lación de calor y provocar fuego.
Para una ventilación suficiente hay que mantener una distan-
cia mínima de 5 cm con el techo y con las paredes.
Instale los distanciadores suministrados en la parte posterior
del aparato para garantizar una ventilación suficiente.
No instalar cerca de fuentes de calor como hornos, estufas, ra-
