7.9. Apparater med HDMI - eller DVI-udgang

HDMI („High Definition Multimedia Interface“) er det eneste interface inden

for underholdningselektronikken, der samtidig overfører audio- og videodata.

HDMI kan uden kvalitetsforringelse håndtere alle kendte billed- og lydformater

inklusive HDTV (High Definition Television) og dermed også vise opløsningen på

1080p.

Mange apparater inden for underholdningselektronikken (f.eks. DVD-afspillere)

er i dag udstyret med HDMI- eller DVI-udgange.

7.9.1. Tilslutning af en eksterne enhed via HDMI-udgangen

 Tilslut et HDMI-kabel (medfølger ikke) til LCD-tv’ets HDMI-indgang og til den

eksterne enheds HDMI-udgang.

 Når du har tilsluttet HDMI-enheden, skal du slukke LCD-tv’et.

 Tænd den eksterne HDMI-gengivelsesenhed.

7.9.2. Tilslutning af en ekstern enhed med DVI-udgang

Hvis den eksterne enhed har en DVI-udgang, kan du også tilslutte den til HD-

MI-indgangen (HDMI er bagudkompatibel med DVI - „Digital Visual Interface“).

Du skal så bruge en HDMI-DVI-adapter (medfølger ikke).

DVI-udgangen overfører ikke lyd, og til overførslen af lyden skal du derfor des-

uden tilslutte et lydkabel. Her skal du bruge AV-adapterkablet (medfølger), som

tilsluttes til AV-indgangen på siden af enheden.
