− Welke software gebruikte u toen het probleem zich voordeed?
• Welke stappen heeft u reeds ondernomen om het probleem op te lossen?

14.2. Pixelfouten bij LCD-TV’s
Ondanks het gebruik van de rmodernste productiemethoden kunnen,
vanwege de zeer complexe techniek, in zeldzame gevallen enkele of
meerdere lichtpuntjes uitvallen.
Bij TFT’s met actieve matrix en een resolutie van 1920 x 1080 pixels,
die zijn samengesteld uit elk drie subpixels (rood, groen, blauw), wor-
den in totaal ca. 6,2 miljoen aansturingselementen gebruikt. Door
dit zeer hoge aantal transistoren en het daarmee gepaard gaande, ui-
terst complexe productieproces kan er sporadisch sprake zijn van uit-
vallende of verkeerd aangestuurde pixels of afzonderlijke subpixels.

Het toegestane aantal fouten van het voornoemde type wordt in iedere foutklasse uitgedrukt per miljoen pixel en moet
dan worden omgerekend naar de toepasselijke fysieke schermresolutie.
