nosotros.
Para fines de ejecución de la garantía y con ello procesos relacionados (p. ej. reparaciones) transferire-
mos sus datos al proveedor de servicios de reparación encargado por nosotros. Por lo general, alma-
cenamos sus datos personales durante tres años para satisfacer sus derechos legales de prestación de
garantía.
Frente a nosotros, tiene derecho a información sobre los datos personales que le afectan, así como
a corrección, borrado, limitación del procesamiento, revocación contra el procesamiento, así como
transferibilidad de los datos.
En el caso del derecho de información y borrado, se aplican sin embargo limitaciones según §§ 34 y
35 de la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos (BDSG) (art. 23 del RGPD). Además, existe un derecho de
