7. Primera puesta en servicio
Antes del primer uso, limpie el depósito de la leche, la tapa, el accesorio para ba-
tir y la pieza para hacer espuma con agua y un detergente usual. Seque bien las
piezas.
Conecte el aparato solamente a una toma de corriente debidamente instalada,
conectada a tierra y protegida eléctricamente. La tensión de red local debe co-
rresponderse con los datos técnicos del aparato.
Los indicadores de funcionamiento empiezan a parpadear.
Coloque el depósito de la leche sobre la base del motor.
Los indicadores de funcionamiento se apagan.
8. Uso del espumador de leche
Este aparato está previsto para la elaboración de espuma de leche caliente o fría,
para calentar leche o para elaborar batidos de leche fríos.
Para elaborar espuma de leche utilice la pieza para hacer espuma con espiral metá-
lica y para calentar leche y elaborar batidos de leche el accesorio para batir de plás-
tico.
Recomendamos utilizar leche UHT desnatada fría (1,5 % de contenido
en grasa). La leche UHT y la leche fresca con un elevado contenido en
grasa también son adecuadas, aunque la consistencia de la espuma de
leche depende del tipo de leche.
Al elaborar espuma de leche recomendamos utilizar una cantidad de le-
che de 100 ml.
8.1. Cancelación del funcionamiento
Pulse la tecla de mando para detener el funcionamiento. También puede retirar el
depósito de la leche de la base del motor.
8.2. Elaboración de espuma de leche
ATENCIÓN!
¡Peligro de sufrir lesiones!
Existe peligro de lesiones por quemadura a causa de
superficies calientes.
Agarre el depósito de la leche básicamente solo por
la superficie de agarre.
Al elaborar espuma de leche y calentar leche coloque la pieza para hacer espu-
ma sobre el mandril del depósito de la leche. Procure que la pieza se enclave.
