Problema Posible causa Solución de fallos
Se produce un humo
blanco dentro del
aparato.
Los alimentos tienen mu-
cha grasa.
Cuando se preparan ali-
mentos con mucha grasa,
esta gotea en el fondo del
recipiente de freír. Esta gra-
sa hace que la temperatura
en el recipiente de freír au-
mente más de lo normal, lo
que no tiene un efecto ne-
gativo ni en el aparato ni
en la cocción.
En el recipiente de freír
aún se encuentran restos
de grasa de la cocción an-
terior.
Los restos de grasa se que-
man en la cámara de freír.
Limpie el recipiente de
freír después de cada uso.
En la pantalla aparece
el código de error “E1”
o “E2”.
El sensor de temperatura
interno del aparato ha de-
tectado un fallo.
Póngase en contacto con el
servicio de atención al cliente.
Las patatas fritas he-
chas de patatas fres-
cas no se "fríen" de
manera uniforme.
Las patatas cortadas no
se han remojado lo sufi-
ciente.
Ponga las patatas cortadas
a remojo en agua fría du-
rante aprox. 1/2 hora para
extraer el almidón. Antes
de llenar la cesta, seque las
patatas con papel de co-
cina.
La clase de patata no es
adecuada para freír.
Las patatas fritas he-
chas de patatas fres-
cas no quedan cru-
jientes.
Las patatas están dema-
siado húmedas.
Que las patatas queden
crujientes depende del
contenido de agua y de al-
midón de la patata y de la
cantidad de aceite.
Seque las patatas dete-
nidamente y rocíelas con
aprox. 1/2 cucharada de
aceite.
Corte las patatas en trozos
más pequeños.
