6.4. Utilizzare il timer
AVVISO
Per utilizzare il timer è necessario avere impostato l’ora.
Inserire il caffè in polvere nella macchina come descritto in precedenza, ma non
avviare la preparazione del caffè.
Premere il tasto
fino a che sul display non lampeggia l’indicazione 12:00.
Premere i tasti (impostazione delle ore) e (impostazione dei minuti) per
impostare l’orario al quale dovrà avviarsi la preparazione del caffè.
Confermare l’impostazione premendo il tasto .
La spia di funzionamento accanto al tasto
si accende di colore verde.
La macchina avvierà la preparazione del caffè all’orario impostato.
Per disattivare il timer impostato, premere brevemente il tasto . La spia di fun-
zionamento verde
si spegne.
6.5. Fine della preparazione
È possibile lasciare temporaneamente il caffè nella caraffa sulla piastra termica. Te-
nere tuttavia presente che, con il passare del tempo, l’aroma tende a svanire.
Non lasciare la caraffa vuota sulla piastra termica bollente.
6.6. Spegnere l’apparecchio
Quando il contenitore per l’acqua è vuoto, premere il tasto per spegnere l’ap-
parecchio.
Se si desidera scollegare completamente l’apparecchio dalla rete elettrica o se si ha
intenzione di non utilizzarlo per un periodo prolungato, staccare la spina dalla presa
di corrente. Quando l’apparecchio verrà messo di nuovo in funzione occorrerà reim-
postare l’ora.
6.7. Pulizia e rimozione del calcare
Prima della pulizia lasciare raffreddare la macchina per il caffè e staccare la spina.
Estrarre la caraffa termica e, se presenti, i due filtri.
Pulire l’esterno della macchina per il caffè usando solo un panno umido ed even-
tualmente un detergente delicato. Rimuovere soprattutto le macchie di caffè
eventualmente presenti sulla piastra termica.
La caraffa termica può essere lavata in lavastoviglie. Se si lava la caraffa termica
a mano, non usare oggetti o prodotti abrasivi che potrebbero danneggiare l’ac-
ciaio!
L’elemento filtrante può essere pulito a mano.
