Classe di protezioneII

Gli apparecchi elettrici di classeII possiedono un isolamento doppio

e/o rinforzato permanente e non hanno possibilità di allacciamento

per un conduttore di terra. L’involucro di un apparecchio elettrico ri-

vestito di materiale isolante della classe di protezioneII può funge-

re parzialmente o interamente da isolamento supplementare o rin-

forzato.

Classe di protezione III

Gli elettrodomestici della classe di protezione III sono costruiti per

funzionare con bassissima tensione di sicurezza e non presentano

circuiti elettrici né interni, né esterni che lavorano a tensione diver-

sa dalla bassissima tensione di sicurezza. La tensione di misurazio-

ne massima per la bassissima tensione di sicurezza è pari a 42V tra i

conduttori e tra i conduttori e la terra. In presenza di corrente trifase

la tensione di misurazione massima è pari a 24V tra i conduttori e il

conduttore neutro. La tensione a vuoto massima non deve oltrepas-

sare i 50V. La bassissima tensione di sicurezza può essere alimentata

solo tramite un trasformatore di sicurezza o un convertitore con av-

volgimenti separati.

Trasformatore – protetto contro i cortocircuiti

Trasformatore nel quale la temperatura non supera i limiti stabiliti

neppure quando il trasformatore è sovraccarico o cortocircuitato e

che, dopo la rimozione del sovraccarico o del cortocircuito, continua

a soddisfare tutti i requisiti della presente norma.

Utilizzo in ambienti chiusi

Gli apparecchi contrassegnati da questo simbolo possono essere

utilizzati solo in ambienti chiusi.

Indicazione della polarità

Negli apparecchi con connettori cavi, questi simboli indicano la po-

larità del connettore; ci sono due varianti di polarità: polo positi-

vo interno e negativo esterno (Fig.A) o negativo interno e positivo

esterno (Fig.B).
