12. Tabla de fritura
Los tiempos indicados son orientativos. Pueden variar según la cantidad de alimen-
tos a freír y según sus gustos.

Patatas fritas frescas 190°C 8-10 min
Patatas fritas congeladas 190°C 10-15 min
Filete de pescado 170°C 5 min
Pescado empanado 170°C 3-5 min
Cebollas 190°C 2-4 min
Gambas 130°C 2-4 min
Champiñones 150°C 3-5 min
Pollo empanado 170°C 12-14 min
13. Después de freír
Ponga el regulador de temperatura en OFF y desenchufe el aparato.
Retire la cesta de freír.
Deje que el aparato y la grasa se enfríen completamente.
Eventualmente, retire el aceite o grasa para poder limpiar el aparato:
Grasa para freír
La grasa solidificada se puede almacenar en la freidora / en el recipiente de
freír para volver a usarla más tarde. En este caso, guarde la freidora / el reci-
piente de freír siempre en un lugar fresco.
o
Retire el recipiente de freír del aparato y elimine la grasa solidificada con
una espátula de madera o de plástico.
Aceite para freír
Filtre el aceite de freír que haya quedado por un tamiz fino y guárdelo en bo-
tellas. Almacene las botellas en un lugar oscuro y fresco hasta volver a utilizar
el aceite.
Para desechar grasa o aceite viejos, échelos en una bolsa de plástico y tírela a la
basura doméstica. En ningún caso eche la grasa aún líquida al retrete o al frega-
dero. La grasa podría atascar las tuberías si se solidifica.
