Gebruik in de magnetronstand nooit serviesgoed met meta-
len decoraties of metalen serviesgoed, omdat het apparaat
en/of het serviesgoed door het overslaan van vonken bescha-
digd kunnen raken.
Gebruik serviesgoed dat geschikt is voor de magnetron. Let
bij de aanschaf van serviesgoed op aanduidingen als "ge-
schikt voor de magnetron" of "voor de magnetron".
Beweeg het apparaat tijdens gebruik niet.
3.3. Veiligheidsvoorschriften voor het verhitten van
vloeistoff en
VOORZICHTIG!
Gevaar voor letsel!
Er bestaat gevaar voor brandwonden.
Bij het verhitten van vloeistoffen in de magnetron kan er een
zogenaamde kookvertraging optreden. Dat wil zeggen dat de
vloeistof het kookpunt al heeft bereikt zonder dat de voor het
koken typische bellen ontstaan. Bij trillingen zoals die bijvoor-
beeld ontstaan als de vloeistof uit de magnetron wordt ge-
haald, kan de vloeistof dan plotseling gaan koken. Er kan in-
eens vloeistof naar buiten spuiten.
Gebruik geen hoge, smalle bekers, glazen of kommen.
Zet bij het verhitten van vloeistoffen een staafje van glas of
keramiek in de beker, het glas of de kom om kookvertraging
te voorkomen. Wacht na het verhitten even, tik voorzichtig te-
gen de beker, het glas of de kom en roer de vloeistof om voor-
dat u deze uit de ovenruimte haalt.
