7. Preparare gli alimenti
Alcuni tipi di frutta e verdura devono essere preparati per la centrifuga:
Togliere il nocciolo ai frutti che lo hanno (pesche, manghi, ciliegie, ecc.).
La frutta con semi (mele, pere) può essere centrifugata con il torsolo.
Sbucciare la frutta e la verdura con buccia spessa (ad es. arance, limoni, kiwi, me-
loni, barbabietole rosse).
Rimuovere altre parti non commestibili dei vegetali (ad es. il gambo dell'uva).
Arrotolare la verdura a foglia (ad es. gli spinaci) e le erbe.
Tagliare a pezzi grossolani la frutta e la verdura in modo che possa entrare nella
bocchetta di riempimento senza essere schiacciata.
Non tagliare però gli alimenti da centrifugare in pezzi molto piccoli.
Avviso
Non sono idonei alla centrifuga: banane, avocado (non contengono suc-
co), bacche molto piccole (ad es. ribes), rabarbaro.
8. Utilizzare la centrifuga
Collegare l'apparecchio a una presa installata a norma. La tensione di rete deve
corrispondere a quella indicata tra i dati tecnici dell’apparecchio.
L'interruttore On/Off deve trovarsi in posizione 0.
Inserire gli alimenti da centrifugare nella bocchetta di riempimento.
Accendere l'apparecchio portando l'interruttore On/Off sulla posizione 1 o 2.
− Velocità 1 per frutta e verdura più dura come mele o carote.
− Velocità 2 per frutta e verdura con contenuto eleva-
to di acqua (come meloni, uva, fragole).
− La velocità P è idonea alla modalità a intervalli brevi.
Premere gli alimenti con il pestello nella bocchetta di ri-
empimento (6).
Avviso
L’apparecchio è azionato mediante un motore elettrico. Durante il pri-
mo utilizzo potrebbero formarsi degli odori. Questo è del tutto normale
e non indica un eventuale difetto dell’apparecchio. Assicurarsi che l’am-
biente sia sufficientemente aerato.
ATTENZIONE!
Rischio di danni materiali!
Il motore può surriscaldarsi e danneggiarsi.
Non premere troppo gli alimenti nella bocchetta di ri-
empimento finché il motore rallenta in modo udibile.
