Körperanalysemessung durchführen
Hinweise zur richtigen Messung
Für die Körperfett-, Körperwasser- und Muskelmassenmessung müssen Sie
barfuß auf den metallenen Flächen der Waage stehen, unter denen sich die
Elektroden befi nden. Die Füße müssen trocken und sollen nicht eingecremt
sein.
Stehen Sie mit durchgestreckten Beinen, ohne die Knie anzuwinkeln, auf der
Waage und achten Sie darauf, dass sich die Knie nicht berühren.
Messung durchführen
Drücken Sie um die Waage einzuschalten und warten Sie, bis das Gerät
auf 0.0 geschaltet hat.
Wählen Sie mit den Tasten oder den gewünschten Speicherplatz.
Stellen Sie sich nun auf die Waage und warten Sie, bis die Messung des
Gewichts abgeschlossen ist.
Das gemessene Gewicht wird zusammen mit den persönlichen Daten (Alter,
Körpergröße) angezeigt
Gemessenes Gewicht
Danach starten die Messung des Körperfett-, Muskel- und Knochenanteils
sowie die Berechnung des Kalorienbedarfs.
Durchführung der weiteren Messungen. Bleiben Sie wei-
terhin auf der Waage stehen.
Gemessener prozentualer Körperfett- und Körperwasser-
anteil
Gemessener prozentualer Muskelmasse- und Knochen-
anteil in kg sowie Anzeige des Kalorienbedarfs für dieses
Gewicht pro Tag.
Die Anzeige der Messwerte wird mehrmals wiederholt, danach stellt sich die
Waage automatisch aus.

    • When the scale is showing just the weight and not any %ge, press the 'set' button to cycle through the weight options

      Note that it will NOT display BMI even though you have programmed a height into it and it has measured your weight Answered on 27-6-2023 at 15:01
