COME MONTARE SHAPER 5 MINUTES
A) Tirare fuori il perno (15), montare Shaper 5 min. come illustrato nella figura A e nella figura
B ed inserire il perno (15).
B) Fissare il tubo scorrevole (03) sul lato inferiore del telaio principale anteriore (01) con la
fascetta in velcro (07) come illustrato nella figura C.

FUNZIONI PRINCIPALI
MODE/SELECT: per selezionare la funzione desiderata. Tenere premuto il tasto 4 secondi per
resettare tutti i valori delle funzioni (reset completo).
RESET/CLEAR: per resettare il valore.
PROCEDURE OPERATIVE:
AUTO ON/OFF: il monitor si spenge automaticamente quando non sussiste alcun segnale per
4 minuti. Il monitor si accende automaticamente quando si inizia l’allenamento o si preme il
tasto.
FUNZIONE
<1> TIME(TMR) Salvataggio automatico del tempo di
allenamento durante l’allenamento.
<2> COUNT(CNT) Indica le ripetizioni durante l’allenamento.
<3> CALORIES(CAL) Salvataggio automatico delle calorie consumate
durante l’allenamento.
<4> SCAN Esecuzione automatica delle funzioni fra:
<1>TIME<2>CNT<3>CAL
BATTERIA
In caso siano visualizzati dati errati sul monitor, sostituire la batteria al fine di correggere
l’errore. Questo monitor necessita di due batterie AA, una batteria AAA o una batteria a
bottone 1,5V. È possibile sostituire le batterie contemporaneamente.
