9. STORINGEN / OORZAKEN / OPLOSSINGEN
LET OP:
Alle reparaties mogen uitsluitend door een
gespecialiseerde technicus worden verricht
bij uitgeschakelde kachel en met
uitgenomen stopcontact.
STORING MOGELIJKE OORZAKEN OPLOSSINGEN
De pellets worden niet
in de
verbrandingskamer
gedaan.
De pelletvoorraadbak is leeg.
De schroeftransporteur is geblokkeerd.
Reductiemotor defect.
Printplaat defect.
Vul de pelletvoorraadbak.
Maak de voorraadbak met de hand leeg
en deblokkeer de schroeftransporteur.
Vervang de reductiemotor.
Vervang de printplaat.
Het vuur gaat uit of de
kachel stopt
automatisch.
De pelletvoorraadbak is leeg.
De pellets worden er niet in gedaan.
De veiligheidssensor van de
pellettemperatuur heeft ingegrepen.
De deur zit niet goed dicht, of de
dichtingen zijn versleten.
Ongeschikte pellets.
Slechte pellettoevoer.
Vuile verbrandingskamer.
Verstopte afvoer.
Alarm door verstopping rookkanaal actief
Motor rookafvoer defect.
Vul de pelletvoorraadbak.
Zie vorige storing.
Laat de kachel helemaal afkoelen, herstel
de thermostaat tot de blokkering uitgaat
en maak de kachel weer aan. Als het
probleem blijft bestaan, neemt u contact
op met de technische dienst.
Sluit de deur of vervang de
afdichtingen door nieuwe
exemplaren.
Verander het type pellets met een door
de fabrikant aanbevolen soort.
Laat de brandstoftoevoer door de
technische dienst controleren.
Reinig de verbrandingskamer volgens de
instructies van de handleiding.
Reinig het rookkanaal.
Controleer of het rookkanaal is
verstopt.
Controleer de motor en vervang hem
eventueel.
De kachel doet het
enkele minuten en gaat
dan uit.
Ontstekingsfase niet voltooid.
Tijdelijke stroomuitval.
Rookkanaal verstopt.
Temperatuursensoren defect of kapot.
Bougie defect.
Herhaal de ontstekingsfase.
Zie vorige aanwijzing.
Reinig het rookkanaal.
Controleer en vervang de sensor.
Controleer en vervang eventueel de
ontstekingsbougie.
De pellets hopen zich in
de vuurkorf op, de ruit
in de deur wordt vuil en
de vlam is zwak.
Te weinig verbrandingslucht.
Vochtige of ongeschikte pellets.
Motor rookgasaanzuiging is kapot.
Controleer of de luchtinlaatopening in de
kamer aanwezig en niet verstopt is.
Controleer of het lichtfilter voor de
verbrandingslucht op de Ø 5 cm
toevoerbuis is verstopt.
Reinig de vuurkorf en controleer of alle
openingen vrij zijn.
Verricht een algemene reiniging van de
verbrandingskamer en het rookkanaal.
Controleer de toestand van de
deurafdichtingen.
Verander van pellettype.
Controleer de motor en vervang
hem eventueel.
