divers (petits oignons blancs au
vinaigre; cornichons).
Garnissez les poêlons d’une ou
plusieurs tranches de fromage
d’Abondance. Laissez fondre
jusqu‘à ce qu’une légère croûte
dorée se forme à la surface.
Accompagnez de charcuterie,
pomme de terre en robe des
champs, salade verte, d’un vin
blanc sec de Savoie…
