Was müssen Sie tun:

• Bei Defekten wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Fachhändler. Wenn dieser die Reklamation nicht beheben

kann, schickt er das Produkt einschließlich einer Reklamationsbegründung und des Originalkassenbons

mit Datum an den Hersteller zurück. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Umtausch oder Rücknahme.

Reparaturen führen nicht zu einer Verlängerung der Garantiefrist. Produkte, die direkt an den Hersteller

zurückgeschickt werden, fallen NICHT unter die Garantie.

Diese Garantiebestimmung entspricht der europäischen Richtlinie 99/44/EG vom 25. Mai 1999.

11. FRAGEN

Fragen können Sie telefonisch Ihrem Händler oder Importeur stellen (siehe Rückseite der

Gebrauchsanweisung). Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Ihnen folgende Angaben vorliegen:

• Seriennummer, die unten auf dem orange-weiß Sticker angegeben ist (an der Rückseite des EasyBase).

• Automarke und -typ sowie der Sitz, auf dem der EasyBase benutzt wird.

• Alter (Größe) und Gewicht Ihres Kindes.
