The telephone allows you to send and receive text
and multimedia messages. When the icon is
displayed on the screen, it means that there is at
least one unread message.
To enter the SMS MENU , select
Menu>Messages>Inbox in standby mode. When the
inbox is full, a message will appear that the
message memory is full. Delete messages from the
inbox to resolve the problem.
13.1 Creating and sending SMS
1. Enter a phone number or press RFK to enter the
phone book to search for the contact you want to
send a message to
2. Press Options > Create Message
3. Type your text message.
4. Press the OK key
or:
1. Press the LEFT key to enter Messages
2. Add a contact from the phone book or enter the
number
3. Press the DOWN key to go to message entry,
type your message.
4. Press the OK key
If you want to send a message to several people,
add the next number after the semicolon when
entering the number or add the numbers stored in
the Phonebook.
