Certifique-se de que o cabo de alimentação não esteja embaixo da
unidade ou em qualquer outra área onde possa ficar preso ou ser
cortadodurante o armazenamento ou uso.

Verifique todas as áreas comuns de conexão quanto ao aperto dos
conjuntos de parafusos.TRIMESTRALMENTE
Assegure que haja pouca ou nenhuma folga livre em todos os conjuntos
comuns, uma vez que os parafusos tenham sido apertados. A instalação
de kits de arruelas pode ser necessária se a folga livre não resultar
deparafusos apertados.

Desconecte a unidade e remova as coberturas plásticas. Lubrifique
ajunta esférica onde o braço de ligação e o guidão de ação dupla
seunem. Para isso, é necessária uma pistola de lubrificação, com um
adaptador de encaixe de agulha (a Matrix recomenda o uso de graxa
damarca Superlube com aditivo de PTFE {Teflon}).

Desconecte a unidade e remova as coberturas plásticas. Lubrifique
oparafuso ACME no motor de inclinação (a Matrix recomenda o uso
degraxa da marca Superlube com aditivo de PTFE {Teflon}).

MANUTENÇÃO
1. Toda e qualquer remoção ou substituição de peças deve ser realizada por
um técnico de serviço qualificado.
2. NÃO utilize nenhum equipamento que esteja danificado ou tenha peças gastas
ou quebradas. Utilize apenas peças de reposição fornecidas pelo seu distribuidor
local MATRIX.
3. CONSERVE AS ETIQUETAS E PLACAS DE IDENTIFICAÇÃO: Não remova etiquetas
por razão alguma. Elas contêm informações importantes. Se estiverem ilegíveis
ou ausentes, entre em contato com seu distribuidor MATRIX para substituição.
4. FAÇA A MANUTENÇÃO DE TODO O EQUIPAMENTO: A manutenção preventiva
éa chave para a boa operação do equipamento bem como para manter a mínima
confiabilidade. O equipamento precisa ser inspecionado em intervalos regulares.
5. Assegure-se de que qualquer pessoa, que faça ajustes ou realize manutenção
ou reparo de qualquer tipo, esteja qualificada para este fim. Os distribuidores
MATRIX prestarão serviços bem como farão treinamento de manutenção
em nossas instalações, havendo solicitação.
