GRILL POSITIONS
OPERATING ELEMENTS
(1) Plate selector

Cycling on and off during operation, the pilot lamp
indicates the thermostatic regulation. A lamp not
glowing does not mean that the appliance is
switched off!
Pos. 1 - Grilling

Basic position for contact grilling
of meat/steak, sausages etc..
Doble grilling surface
Provides an outdoor use in garden.
CAUTION: Never use the unit with cover opened
in 90° position when the upper grill plate is hot!
Danger of overheating and damage of the
plastic handles!
Correct position for toasting and gratinating.
GRILLING
• Make sure that the grill plates are correctly inserted and firmly engaged.
• Insert the plug into a mains socket and preheat the grilling plates in the closed position (Pos. 1) until
the temperature indicator light goes out for the first time.
• The temperature setting can be changed at any time during grilling using the temperature control
knob.
• The grilling plates are equipped with an integrated grease drain on the edge. Place a heat-resistant
container under the drain of the respective griddle to collect any fat that may drip off.
• Once the desired cooking or grilling result has been achieved, switch off the appliance (set the
temperature control to the "0" position) and disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket.
• Let the appliance cool down and clean it.
