 This product will read all the information related to your exercise: steps, distance, calories burnt.

 This unit only provide the data as an informative basis for your life. And it can not be used within

the scope of medical surveillance.

 Distance Traveled: 0 – 999,99 km (mil)

 Display Step: 0 – 99.999 steps

 Stride length: 25 – 150 cm (11 - 60 inch)

 Weight range: 20 – 200 kg (65 – 340 lb)

Name and functions:

A – LCD display

D – RESET (button clears

accumulative data or adjust data)

E – MODE (button alternates display

between different modes)

F – Motion sensitivity slide switch

G – Belt clip

H – Battery door for – 2x LR44

Opening cover: While holding the pedometer in an upright position, grasp the clip with one hand and

press the cover release button with the other.

Battery instalation: Gently press and pull the battery compartment door open. Insert two LR44 size 1,5

V batteries into battery slots. Replace the battery compartment door.

Basic settings:

1. Hold MODE + ST/SP + RESET buttons together to enter into metric/imperial systém setting

model. There is „inch“ on the display, means imperial systém („lb“ is pound for weight, „inch“ is

inch for length). Pressing RESET button again will display „cm“, means Metric system („kg“ is

weight unit, „cm“ is length unit). Press reset button again to switch between metric system and

imperial system. Press MODE button to confirm the setting for weight and length, then stride

parameter will flash pending for setting.

2. Press RESET button to set stride, then MODE button to confirm this setting. Stride parameter

range is 25-50 cm (or 11-60 inch), default value is 50 cm (or 20 inch). Each press (RESET) to

add 1 unit from low to high until coming back to another circle.
