Es imprescindible para su correcto funcionamiento que las alarmas estén conectadas con
la misma fase (eventualmente con otro grupo dentro de la misma fase) que el sistema
de alarma. Si no es posible, ha de utilizar acopladores de fases o repetidores (p.e. FD10,
CAT3000).
MODO DE EMPLEO
Para evitar una falsa alarma, la técnica empleada espera 5 ciclos (20 segundos) antes de
encender la alarma. Cuando está encendida, la alarma emite una estridente señal de dos
sónidos durante 4 minutos y posteriromente se apaga automáticamente (si la alarma se
apaga manualmente, deja de sonar antes).
ATENCIÓN: Si emplea un sistema de alarma de Marmitek, estas alarmas adicionales
funcionan siempre, ¡aún cuando la función de alarma muda esté encendida!
ALCANCE DE LAS SEÑALES
El sistema X-10 de Marmitek está basado en la communicación a través de la red de alum-
brado ya existente. El alcance de las señales a través de la red de alumbrado depende de la
situación local. Un promedio acceptable del alcance es una longitud de cable de 80 metros.

No, la PH7208 se alimenta a través de la red de alumbrado de 230V. También la comu-
nicación entre la central y la PH7208 se conecta a través del cableado de 230V.
