5.4 Colocación del Módulo IR
Coloca el Módulo IR en un sitio bien alcanzable detrás o al lado del equipo
A/V y cerca de un enchufe.
x Tenga en cuenta la longitud del cable de los LEDs IR y del Receptor IR
x Tenga en cuenta mantener la accesibilidad de las conexiones para la
instalación .
5.5 Conexión del Módulo IR
1. Conecta el cable de extensión IR instalado con la conexión “IR OUT”
del Módulo IR .
2. Coloca únicamente los conmutadores del Módulo IR en la posición
BLASTER si después un cable de extensión IR se conecta con un LED
blaster. En todos los demás casos deje el conmutador en la posición
EMISOR.
ATENCIÓN: Una elección errónea entre estas dos posiciones puede
causar daños a los LED IR los cuales pueden provocar defectos a
este.
3. Conecta el cable IR del receptor instalado en la conexión “IR RCVR”
del Módulo IR.
4. Conecta el adaptador de corriente en la conexión “12VDC del Módulo
IR y conecta este a una toma de corriente.
5.6 Prueba el funcionamiento del producto
1. Si el IR Control 10/11 XTRA™ se ha conectado correctamente,
entonces parpadea la lucecita en el Receptor IR si presionas un
botoncito del mando a distancia (infrarrojo) y este apunta al Receptor
IR.
2. Cierra las puertas de tu armario y evita que el dispositivo A/V también
pueda recibir directamente del mando a distancia una orden de control
por infrarrojos, esto puede llevar a problemas de accionamiento.
3. Ahora puedas accionar tu dispositivo A/V mediante el IR Control 10/11
XTRA™, ¡a través de las puertas cerradas del armario!
Si el IR Control 10/11 XTRA no reacciona de una manera adecuada,
pruebe entonces con la colocación del Receptor IR y/ o el cable de
extensión IR (emisor o blaster). Otra colocación puede dar un mejor
resultado final.
