4 Description of the ET35 "rubber" keys
The Active Source Indicator
Every time a button on the touchscreen is pressed, the EasyTouch 35 will indicate which
mode is active at that moment. This Active Source Indicator enables you to see which
mode the remote control is set to at that time.
You do not have to change to the relevant mode in order to operate the volume and
Mute buttons directly from the VCR, DVD or SAT mode. These devices do not have any
volume control themselves and the EasyTouch 35 is programmed to automatically switch
from, for example, VCR mode to TV mode.

when commands are being transmitted.

and control any kind of device such as a TV, satellite receiver, video recorder or DVD
player. By default this key is pre-programmed to control home control modules.
3: POWER: to switch off the last selected appliance

4: VOL + / -: to control the volume

5: MACRO: to launch a macro (see chapter 10)
6: SET UP: to set the remote control for the appliance you wish to control. Allows the
access to secondary functions:
• Press and release the Setup key (A letter S appears on the top right hand
corner of the Touchscreen)
• Press the desired secondary function key (the "S" is turned off).
