No hay imagen (o hay mala imagen) o no hay sonido (o hay malo sonido)
Si no hay imagen o si la imagen es de baja calidad después de haber conectado el
switcher HDMI, conecte cada aparato a la pantalla (TV, monitor o proyector). De esta
manera puede determinar si el problema es causado por las fuentes HDMI, por los
cables HDMI, por el switcher HDMI o por la pantalla. Aparatos HDMI que no están
certificados y comprobados por los ATC (Authorized Test Centers), pueden causar
problemas de imagen y de sonido.
Compruebe si el adaptador de alimentación del Connect 421™ está conectado y
enchufado.
Emplea exclusivamente cables High Speed HDMI® certificados para obtener una
calidad perfecta de imágen y sónido.
No utilice cables más largos de lo indicado en los datos técnicos
Tanto la fuente HDMI como la pantalla han de soportar HDMI
Compruebe si las fuentes HDMI, el aparato DVI y la pantalla soportan la protección
contra copia HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection).
Reproducción 3D incorrecta
Controla si la fuente HDMI está correctamente ajustada para la reproducción 3D o
si está puesta en posición automática.
Es necesario que la fuente HDMI y la pantalla HD soporten los mismos formatos 3D.
Controla si la reproducción 3D está correcta cuando la fuente HDMI se conecta
directamente a la pantalla HD con un cable HDMI.
La función CEC no funciona
Controla si los dispositivos conectados soportan la función CEC.
Cada marca tiene un nombre propio para esta función CEC:
