1. The purchase must have been made from
an auth or ized MARANTZ dealer,

5. If it becomes necessary to send th is

n, all.shipping charges
must
be fully
prepaid.
If
the

ire instrument is sent, it
mustbe
shipped in its original package. No accessories
shou ld be shipped with the .product. If any
accessories are shipped with the
product,
MARANTZ COMPANY, INC. shall have no
liability whatsoever for loss of or damage to any
such

nor for the safe return thereof.
6. This Warranty shall
be valid only if the
purchase was. made within the United States of
America. The Warranty shall
not
apply unless
shipme nt is made by the pu rchaser to
the
MARANTZ Service
Station
from a
point
within
the United States. If the requested repairs
andlor
parts exchange are within the terms of this
Warranty , MARANTZ COMPANY, INC. will
prepay return shipp ing charges, provided that such
retu rn
shipment
is to be made
to
an address
located within
the
United States.
7. This Warranty is void if the Serial
Numbe r has been altered or remoiied. This
Warranty shall not .apply ' if the produ

has not

ected or opera ted in accordance with the
instr
uct
ions furn ished by MARANTZ COMPANY,
INC. This Warra

shall also be void if the
product has been altered or repaired in any way
