1. Parts supplied:

Control 2000 automatic timed return in separate box with two red traffic lights, connecting flange and cable

harness for connecting to Control 110 base control unit.

2. Description of operation:

After a pulse has been given with the door closed, both lights flash until the door has reached the final position

„open“. The two lights then go out and the door remains open in accordance with the set time

„open“. Once this time has elapsed, the two lights flash for the duration of the set prewarning phase. Afterwards

the door automatically closes and both lights go out.

3. Setting the „prewarning“ and „open“ times

The „prewarning“ and „open“ times are set by turning the rotary switches on the front of the box.

4. Control sequence:

4.1. A pulse is given by push button, key switch or induction loop etc. The following control sequences are possible:

a) If one pulse is given to the terminals 43-44 of the Control 200, with door closed, the door opens.

b) A pulse given to terminals 43-44 with the door open extends the „door open“ time as the timing for opening is

restarted.

c) If a pulse is given to terminals 43-44 while the door is closing, the door stops for one second, and then opens

again.

If the pulse is given in the Control 110 base control unit (e.g. to terminals 14-15), this cancels out the possibility of

extending the opening time with door open or of changing the direction whilst the door is closing.

4.2 Photocell as safety device

The photocell is connected to the terminals 41-42 of the Control 200 automatic timed return. If the photocell is

interrupted, this activates the control sequences described under 4.1 b) and c). By means of the „S“ switch on the

circuit board, the following photocell functions can be set:

„S“ ON door stops on interruption of photocell

„S“ OFF door stops on interruption of photocell and after one second opens again.

4.3. Switching off the automatic timed return.

The automatic timed return can be switched off by connecting an ON/OFF switch or by attaching a bridge to

terminals 45-46 of the Control 200 automatic timed return.

5. Connection:

Connect the Control 200 cable harness to the Control 110 base control unit. The S19 coding switch in the

Control 110 base control unit must be in the OFF position. A fuse for safeguarding the electronic equipment and the

red lamps is situated on the circuit board of the automatic timed return.

Function of the Control 200 connecting terminals:

L1, N, PE: Mains connection 220 V, 50 Hz

1,2,N: Connection for red traffic lights

V: Motor phase V door drive

12a,13a: „stop“ contact for door controls

13a,36: „pulse“ contact for door controls

5, 37: Limit switch „close“

5, 39: Limit switch „open“

41,42: Photocell connection

43,44: Pulse key switch, push button

45,46: Function automatic timed return ON/OFF
