Error Cause Solution
LED 6 flashes
regularly.
There is a malfunction.
When shortly pushing button P one or several LEDs flash irregularly. By adding up the corresponding
figures a fault message number can be determined.
Message 6 - External photocell beam interrupted. - Remove obstacle.
Message 7 - If you do not actuate one of the buttons within 120 seconds, the programming mode is terminated
automatically.
- Programming of the OPEN and CLOSE door positions without passing the reference point.
Message 8 - Reference point switch defective. - Have operator system checked.
Message 9 - Rpm sensor defective, operator
system blocked.
- Have operator system checked.
Message 10 - Door travel too sluggish.
- Door blocked.
- Make door easily moveable.
- Maximal driving power set too low. - Have max. driving power (point 9.4 / level 2 / menu 1+2)
checked by specialist dealer.
Message 11 - Excess travel stop. - Have operator system checked.
Message 15 - External photocell beam interrupted
or defective.
- Remove obstacle or have photocell checked.
- Photocell programmed but not
connected.
- Deactivate photocell or connect it.
Message 16 - Current sensor for automatic cut-out
defective.
- Have motor unit checked.
