2.9 El adaptador de aspiración varia en función al diámetro de la broca. La arandela se fija
en el tornillo central. Corte el adaptador aproximadamente 3mm más que el diámetro de
la broca.
2.10 Siempre que se introduzca algún objeto en la ranura que hace la broca, retírelo antes de
continuar perforando.
3 BROCA DE DIAMANTE.
3.1 Use sólo brocas de diamante recomendadas por su distribuidor especializado de zona.
Siga las instrucciones y las particulares aplicaciones de cada broca. No existe ninguna
broca de diamante universal que le perfore tanto el hormigón como el granito, el ladrillo,
el mármol,...etc.
3.2 Para una eficaz perforación, revise el segmento de la broca y afile ésta con frecuencia
con un material abrasivo.
3.3 Existe una relación proporcional entre el diamante y la dureza del segmento. Para
conseguir un óptimo corte, la velocidad máxima debe de ser entre 2 y 5 m/seg.
3.4 Si el progreso de la broca no fuese el adecuado, revise la cantidad de diamantes en la
superficie del segmento. Si no es el caso, reemplácela por otra nueva.
