Taladrado en metal
Para evitar que la broca resbale al empezar a hacer el
agujero, haga una mella con punzón y un martillo en el
punto a taladrar. Coloque la punta de la broca en la mella
y comience a taladrar. Emplee un lubricante para opera-
ciones de corte cuando taladre metales. Las excepcio-
nes son hierro y latón que deberán ser taladrados en
seco.
PRECAUCIÓN:
• El presionar excesivamente la herramienta no acele-
rará la perforación. De hecho, si se ejerce una presión
excesiva sólo servirá para dañar la punta de la broca,
disminuir el rendimiento de la herramienta y acortar la
vida de servicio de la herramienta.
• En el momento de atravesar el orificio se ejerce una
tremenda fuerza en la herramienta/broca. Sostenga la
herramienta firmemente y tenga cuidado cuando la
broca empiece a atravesar la pieza de trabajo.
• Una broca que hay quedado agarrotada se puede
extraer ajustando el interruptor de inversión en la posi-
ción de giro en el sentido inverso. Sin embargo, la
herramienta puede efectuar esta operación brusca-
mente en el caso de que no se sostenga la herra-
mienta firmemente.
• Sostenga siempre las piezas de trabajo que sean
pequeñas en un torno o en un dispositivo de sujeción
similar.
MANTENIMIENTO
PRECAUCIÓN:
• Asegúrese siempre de que la herramienta esté desco-
nectada y desenchufada antes de realizar ninguna
reparación en ella.
• No utilice nunca gasolina, bencina, disolvente, alcohol
o similares. Podría producir descolocación, deforma-
ción o grietas.
Para mantener la seguridad y fiabilidad del producto, las
reparaciones, el mantenimiento y los ajustes deberán ser
realizados por un Centro de Servicio Autorizado de
Makita.
