Comprobación y ajuste de la velocidad de ralentí
No deberá inspeccionar la cuchilla de corte cuando la palanca de control
esté totalmente libre.
– La velocidad de ralentí deberá ser puesta a 2,600 rpm.
Si es necesario, corríjalo mediante el tornillo de ralentí (la cuchilla de
corte no deberá funcionar cuando el motor esté en ralentí).
• En el sentido de las agujas del reloj: para aumentar rpm más.
• En el sentido contrario de las agujas del reloj: para disminuir rpm
más. Compruebe que hay separación suficiente entre la velocidad
de ralentí y del embrague engranado para asegurarse de que la
herramienta de corte está en un estándar mientras el motor está
en ralentí. (Si es necesario, reduzca la velocidad de ralentí). Si la
herramienta todavía continúa funcionando incluso bajo
condiciones de ralentí, consulte el agente de servicio autorizado .
• El embrague debe engranarse en 3.250 rpm al mínimo.
• Compruebe el funcionamiento del Interruptor de parada, de la
palanca de lock-off, de la palanca de control, y del botón de cierre.
Limpieza del filtro de aire - 8 horas diarias
– Quite la tapa del filtro de aire.
– Quite el elemento de espuma, lávelo con agua templada y deje
que se seque completamente.
– Después de limpiar el filtro de aire, instale el elemento de espuma
y la tapa del filtro de aire.
NOTA:
Si ese adhiere mucho polvo o suciedad al filtro de aire,
límpielo todos los días. Un filtro de aire obstruido puede
hacer que resulte difícil o imposible arrancar el motor o que
funcione a las velocidades de rotación apropiadas.
Comprobación de las bujías - 8 horas diarias
– Utilice solamente la llave universal suministrada para quitar o poner
las bujías.
– La separación entre los dos electrodos de las bujías deberá ser de
entre 0,6 y 0,7 mm. Si la separación es demasiado grande o pequeña,
ajústela. Si las bujías están obstruidas con carbonilla o están sucias,
límpielas minuciosamente o reemplácelas. Utilice un reemplazo
exacto.
Suministración de grasa y lubricante
– Suministre grasa para la caja del engranaje a través del orificio de
grasa cada 10 a 20 horas. (Shell alvania Nº.3 ó equivalente).
