APOYO DE TRABAJO
Los apoyos de trabajo se ajustan independientemente
para compensar el desgaste de los discos. Antes de
amolar, asegúrese de que los apoyos de trabajo se hayan
ajustado correctamente. Generalmente, el objeto que se
amuela está ligeramente por encima del centro del disco
de amolado.
Ajuste la distancia entre el disco y el apoyo de trabajo
para mantener una separación de 1,6 mm. o menos, ya
que el diámetro del disco se reduce con el uso.
Con una luz de trabajo montada de forma permanente
que ilumina automáticamente el área de trabajo para un
amolado y un afilado más precisos y seguros.
BANDEJA DE REFRIGERACIÓN
Durante la operación de amolado, los objetos de metal se
calientan rápidamente. Es importante mover el objeto
hacia delante y hacia atrás en el disco de amolado y
refrigerar el objeto frecuentemente mediante la bandeja
de refrigeración de la amoladora.
