Als de oogscherm bevestigingsarmen stevig op hun plek
zitten, schuif dan de schermbeugels over de oogscherm
bevestigingsarm.
Maak de instelbare knop zo vast dat het los genoeg is om
het veiligheids oogscherm makkelijk omhoog en omlaag
te brengen.
WAARSCHUWING:
Om persoonlijk letsel te voorkomen moet u de
tafelslijpmachine nooit gebruiken als de veiligheids
oogschermen en vonkdeflectors niet goed zijn
geïnstalleerd.

Bevestig de werksteun aan de werksteunbeugel met
gebruik van twee inbusbouten.
Voordat u de bouten vastdraait, moet u de ruimte tussen
de slijpschijf en de werksteun instellen tot een maximum
van 1,6 mm.
Maak goed vast.

Bevestig het bladwerk aan de werksteunbeugel met
gebruik van twee inbusbouten.
Voordat u de bouten vastdraait, moet u de ruimte tussen
de slijpschijf en de werksteun instellen tot een maximum
van 1,6 mm.
Maak goed vast.
BASIS WERKING
WAARSCHUWING:
Gebruik altijd een beschermende bril of een veiligheidsbril
met zijstukken tijdens het gebruik van het apparaat of
wanneer u stof blaast. Als het werk stoffig is, draag dan
een stofmasker.
Om efficient te werken zoals bedoeld, moet uw
gereedschap scherp gehouden worden. Onscherp
gereedschap kan leiden tot ongelukken.
Tafelslijpmachines zijn ideaal voor het slijpen van
werkgereedschap zoals beitels, schaafbankbladen
scharen etc. en voor het verwijderen van roest of corrosie.
WAARSCHUWING:
Slijp of scherp nooit iets dat is gemaakt van aluminium.
Slijpers verwijderen materiaal snel dus druk is de sleutel
tot efficiënt slijpen.
De juiste wijze om iets te slijpen en oververhitting te
voorkomen is:
■ Houd het object stevig op de werksteun op de juiste
hoogte voor de schijf.
■ Houd het object constant in beweging, beweeg in
hetzelfde ritme.
■ Druk een object nooit hard tegen de slijpschijf.
■ Houd het object koel met gebruik van het koelbad of
een pan met water.
■ De slijpschijf moet draaien ‘in’ het object dat moet
worden geslepen.
OPMERKING:
Overmatige druk kan het object beschadigen, de motor
oververhitten en zorgen voor voortijdige slijtage van de
slijpschijf.
WAARSCHUWING:
Overmatige druk op een koude schijf kan ertoe leiden dat
de schijf breekt.

Hoe de zaagblad slijpkit te bevestigen
1. Zaagblad slijpkit
2. Bout
■ Monteer en bevestig de zaagblad slijpkit zoals in
Afb. 9.
Zorg ervoor dat het stevig vastzit voor gebruik.
