LIMPEZA DO FILTRO DE COMBUSTÍVEL
AVISO: O USO DE INFLAMÁVEIS É ESTRITAMENTE

Intervalo de limpeza e inspeção: Mensalmente (a cada 50 horas de operação)
Cabeçote de sucção no tanque de combustível
Veriqueoltrodecombustívelperiodicamente.Paravericaroltrode
combustível, siga as etapas abaixo.
(1) Remova a tampa do tanque de combustível, drene o combustível para
esvaziarotanque.Veriqueotanquepordentroparaversehámateriais
estranhos. Se houver, remova-os.
(2) Puxe o cabeçote de sucção para fora usando o gancho de arame através
da abertura do tanque.
(3)Seoltrodecombustívelentupirumpouco,limpe-o.Paralimpá-lo,sacudagentilmenteedêumapequenabatidacomelenocombustível.
Para evitar danos, não esprema nem esfregue-o. O combustível usado para a limpeza deve ser descartado de acordo com o método
especicadopelasregulamentaçõesdeseupaís.
Seoltrodecombustívelendurecerouentupirmuito,façaasuasubstituição.
(4)Apósavericação,limpezaousubstituição,empurreoltrodecombustívelomáximopossívelatéofundodotanquedecombustível.
Filtrodecombustívelobstruídooudanicadopodecausarabastecimentoinsucientedecombustívelereduziraforçadomotor.Substituao
ltrodecombustívelpelomenosacadatrêsmesesparaassegurarumabastecimentosatisfatóriodecombustívelaocarburador.

Intervalo de limpeza e inspeção: Diário (a cada 10 horas de operação)
Troca: Anualmente (a cada 200 horas de operação)
Troque o cano de combustível anualmente, independente da frequência de
operação. Vazamento de combustível pode causar incêndio.
Se algum vazamento for detectado durante a inspeção, troque imediatamente o
cano de óleo.
INSPEÇÃO DE PARAFUSOS E PORCAS
– Aperte novamente parafusos, porcas, etc. que estejam frouxos.
– Veriquesehávazamentodecombustívelouóleo.
– Troqueaspeçasdanicadaspornovasparaaoperaçãocomsegurança.
LIMPEZA DE PEÇAS
– Mantenha o motor sempre limpo.
– Mantenha as aletas do cilindro livres de areia ou poeira. Poeira ou sujeira grudando nas aletas causará retenção do pistão.
TROCA DE VEDAÇÕES E ENGAXETAMENTOS
Naremontagemdepoisdodesmontedomotor,certique-sedetrocarasvedaçõeseengaxetamentospornovos.
